Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Origin
All products ship from Minnesota, USA.

Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers. Standard transit time is typically 2–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, we will combine them into one shipment whenever possible. If the combined shipping cost is lower than what you originally paid, we will refund the shipping difference automatically.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Customized orders may also be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as they are in original condition.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Limited edition collectibles (e.g., Pokémon, blind box items, random surprise items)

Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Opened or unsealed collectible items where the contents have been removed

Damaged packaging caused by the customer
These items are final and non‑returnable due to their collectible nature and market value protection.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
